Explore the visual side of the freedom of speech through graffiti and street art lead by our expert teachers. This class covers the rich local and international history and differences of graffiti and street art through an engaging presentation and mural walking tour. Our hands on practices at the base of the culture include spray paint practice, cutting and spray painting a premade stencil design, and letterstyles practice with graffiti marker tagging. This is an intro class and each student makes their own unique graffiti/street art takeaway piece on a 12” x 12” canvas.
